Western Blot analysis of C20orf27 in multiple sample types using a C20orf27 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-113406) at a concentration of 6 µg/ml. A goat anti rabbit polyclonal secondary antibody was used at a dilution of 1:10,000. Sample types that were tested include: Lane 1: HCT116 whole cell lysate, Lane 2: MDA-MB-231 whole cell lysate.
